SPECIFICATIONS

• Our Lubricant Oil Control Valve Digital Meter Dispensing Nozzle has a Max Flow rate of 35LPM/10GPM.
• The precision of the nozzle is ±0.5%,
• It can handle the viscosity of fluid from 8 to 5000mPas including oils, motor oils, synthetic hydraulic oil, gear oil and transmission fluids.
• It has an Inlet 1/2" inch NPT female connection which can connect to industry-standard oil hoses and extension reels;
• The flow meter has an LCD 4-digit display board which is powered by 2 1.5V batteries
• The board can display different measurement units including Liters, Gallons, Pints and Quarts.
• The max working temperature is -10 °C/ 14 °F to 60 °C/ 140 °F.

FAQ

How to change the measurement unit?

To change the measurement unit, simply press the RESET and CAL buttons together for more than 3 seconds. Select a unit by pressing the reset button, the unit will flash during selection, the unit could be Liters, Gallons, Pints, Quart, press the CAL button for more than 3 seconds to confirm.

How to change the batteries?

To change the battery, simply remove the protective rubber cover and remove the screw from the lid.  

Can I preset the gallon amount so the gun turns itself off?

No, this flow meter is not preset. You need to check our AC-16 Preset Digital Oil Meter Gun which can meet your requirement.

What is the maximum range on the display?

The maximum range of flow on the display is 99.999

Is this flow meter resettable?

Yes, it is easy to return the number on the screen back to zero.

Can this oil nozzle also used for water?

Yes, it can be used for water well.
