Our AC-11A auto shut-off nozzle can automatically stop working when the fuel tank is full, which can perfectly prevent spillage of the fuel and the waste of oil due to the operator’s mistakes.

The inside of the fuel nozzle is aluminum alloy material which makes it lightweight and sturdy, the outside of the fuel nozzle is wrapped by a PVC material insulator, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant.

This fuel nozzle is equipped with a 3-notch hold open clip which allows you to easily control the speed of the fuel delivery. Just open the clip then the nozzle can work well.

This fuel nozzle can be used for a wide range of mediums including diesel, kerosene, gasoline, biodiesel and so on. Thus it is widely used in different places where need to deliver fuel, for example, fuel stations, ships, construction machinery, fuel tank, etc.

Can I choose the color of the insulator of this fuel nozzle？

Sure, we have different color options, you can choose from red, green, blue, yellow and black.

Can this fuel nozzle be used for water or Adblue?

We don’t recommend you to use this fuel nozzle for water and Adblue, the body of the nozzle is made of aluminum alloy which is not rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant. We have other types of nozzle that is made of stainless steel which can be compatible with water and Adblue. But if you insist using this fuel nozzle to transfer water and Adblue, we can do some surface treatment according your requirement.

What thread type of the fuel nozzle inlet do you have?

We have BSPT and NTP these 2 type of thread that for your selection. Please note that our default thread type is BSPT.

What sizes of fuel nozzle spout do you have?

For fuel nozzle spout size, we have 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Normally the 1/2" spout is for petrol because the required flow rate of petrol is lower compared with diesel. So you can choose 1/2" or 3/4" spout for 11A fuel nozzle according your specific needs. 1" nozzle spout is used for AC-120 fuel nozzle which can provide bigger flow rate for diesel transfer.

Can I buy the spout of the nozzle individually?

What is the material of the fuel nozzle spout?

The default material of the nozzle spout is Aluminum Alloy, but we also have Zinc Alloy as a alternative option if you need.

What seals do you use in this fuel nozzle?

We use nitrile rubber O-rings in this 11A nozzle. Nitrile rubber O-rings has good low temperature resistance and elasticity, but not good at corrosion resistance. If the medium you transfer is corrosive, we can use viton instead of nitrile rubber since viton has good corrosion resistance.

Does it work for gravity feed?

This type of fuel nozzle needs some pressure to completely open. It can open but offer a very low flow rate if there is not a pump.

Do you have an auto shut-off nozzle with a digital flow meter?

Yes, our brand new version AC-18 fuel nozzle is equipped with a digital flow meter. It is convenient for you to measure the flow rate while dispensing fuel.

What’s the package of this fuel nozzle?

It’s packaged in a neutral paper carton. If you need the paper carton to be customized printed, then contact us to have a further discussion.

Why is there a little bit of oil left inside the fuel nozzle when I receive the product?

Our manufacturer tests every fuel nozzle to ensure product quality before delivery. So that is normal to see the is some oil left and don’t need to worry.

Do you have a whole kit including nozzle, pump and flow meter?

Yes, our fuel transfer kit includes fuel nozzle, fuel transfer pump (DC or AC), fuel flow meter, delivery hose and suction hose to provide a convenient mobile refueling.

Do you have any certification of this proudct?
