OGM quantitative flow meter microcomputer oil filling machine using advanced computer technology, electromechanical integration equipment. It is suitable for vehicles, oil depots, land farms, factories and other operations to add oil with an ignition point of less than 55℃ to vehicles or other equipment. This series of oil filling machines is a high accuracy, easy operation, convenient maintenance. It can display the refueling volume, amount and unit price. The quantitative refueling mode of liter quantitative and amount quantitative is convenient for the operator to refuel the vehicle and quickly. The refueling data is displayed on the LCD screen, which is clear and beautiful.
Working principle
Pick up the nozzle, press the start key. The mainboard sends a start signal to the power, and the motor drives the pump to run. The fuel enters the filter and pump, then the OGM gear quantitative flow meter pushes the gear to generate a pulse signal and send it to the mainboard. The mainboard calculates the received pulse signal, measures the fuel quantity and amount, and displays the fuel quantity and amount. The fuel passes through the flow meter and delivery pipe, and output from the nozzle.
After refueling, press the STOP key, the mainboard sends a stop signal to the motor drive board, turn off the motor, put the nozzle back to the bracket.
Preset dispensing
1. Liter preset dispensing: Press“L/P”, choose L(Liter) to input the total volume you want to dispense, Press Start, the machine will automatically shut off the nozzle when the volume is the preset one.
2. Price preset dispensing: Press“L/P”, choose P(Price) to input the total price you want to dispense, Press Start, the machine will automatically shut off the nozzle when the price is the preset one.
3. Non-preset dispensing: Pick up the nozzle or press Start, the machine will start to the dispense, press Stop to exit.
Accuracy Calibration
Due to use for a long time caused the accuracy of measuring errors, it can be adjusted by keyboard operating computer coefficient, the method is as follows:
1. Coefficient adjustment
When standby, press Stop, then press L/P to keep 5 seconds, input the password 78787878, press L/P, then the keyboard shows the current coefficient(like the 1350 as below), clear it and input the coefficient that you need. Press Stop to exit. The bigger coefficient is the smaller amount of oil is in fact. The smaller coefficient is the bigger amount of oil is in fact.
2. Unit price adjustment
When standby, press Stop, then press L/P to keep 5 seconds, input the password 11223344, press L/P, the board will show the current unit price, press clear key and then input the unit price what you want.
3. Total Query
When standby, press Stop, then press L/P to keep 5 seconds, input the password 55667788, press L/P shows recent 10 records of refuel and totalizer. L1 is the latest dispensing amount. LC is the total liter, P1 is the latest dispensing account. PC is the total price.
4. Computer common failure inspection steps and elimination method
(1) When the sensor is faulting, pick up the nozzle and press Start, but it failed. The keyboard shows E1.
(2) The voltage is not stable, the battery is low. The keyboard shows the tip E2.
(3) When the price pass 9900.XX for one time, stop the motor, the keyboard show E3 pick up the nozzle and press Start, continue to dispense.
(4) When Liter passes 9900.XX for one time, stop the motor, the keyboard shows the tip E4. Pick up the nozzle and press Start, continue to dispense.
(5) When the coefficient is zero, the keyboard shows the tip E5.

Common failures and troubleshooting methods:
1. No oil from fuel dispenser
R:The motor does not turn
M:Check the switch of the motor and the line
R:Direction of rotation of pump doesn’t match the direction of the arrow.
M:Motor lead in phase reversal
R:The oil tank is insufficient or empty
M:Oil tank should be filled
R:Bottom valve failure
M:Check bottom valve
